OVERVIEW

We are a Danish IT company with 17 years of experience in software development. At present we are about 350 people, located in Gdansk, Aarhus (Denmark), and Lviv.
We are a well-established reputable company with a 30% growth rate during the last three years.

To strengthen our growing potential we need a Recruiter with focus on Technical roles, but not limited to this. 


We are looking for a specialist that shows good results in hiring Middle/Senior Engineers, interacts & communicates with candidates giving a first-class candidate experience, and is ready to do some extra work with the goal to hire the right person. 

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain full recruiting life cycle/end-to-end recruiting in Poland
  • Negotiating with potential candidates, screening CVs 
  • Schedule, organize and conduct interviews 
  • Continuously build and engage a  pipeline of candidates through prospecting, sourcing & networking
  • Implement all your creative and innovative ideas in recruitment, sourcing, and employer branding 
  • Be involved in market investigation/research

 REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ years of proven IT recruiting experience  
  • Understanding of technologies in the IT Industry 
  • Good knowledge of IT market, its players, salary ranges 
  • Confident working autonomously and as a part of a team 
  • Ability to demonstrate sourcing and communication skills 
  • Good problem-solving skills 
  • Proactiveness 
  • English - Intermediate+  
  • Polish - native
